At December 6 extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, the draft laws On Ratifying the Loan Agreements signed between the Republic of Armenia and the Asian Development, Reconstruction Loans, as well as the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development were debated.

The key speaker, the RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan in detail presented the draft laws and answered to the Committee members’ questions.

The Loan Agreement, Second Programme of Public Efficiency and Financial Markets, was signed between Armenia and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on 14 November 2019.

The Loan Agreement, Loan Based Politics – Preservation of Environment – BMZ 3010 00 579, N 29426 Loan between Armenia and the KfW on 11 November 2019.

The Loan Agreement Expansion Programme of Human Potential Development signed between Armenia and the ADB on 18 November 2019 designs providing budgetary support loan.

A Loan Agreement Government Development Policy of Tax-budgetary, Economic and State Sector was signed between Armenia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The speaker Hamazasp Danielyan also highlighted the debated four bills, proposing to vote for them.

The debated draft laws were endorsed by the Committee and were included in the agenda of the extraordinary session to be convened on 12 December 2019.
